Coffee Shop Vibes

Discovering the perfect coffee shops is very important to me. It's all about positive vibes, feeling inspired, perfect lighting, friendly staff and most importantly, bomb coffee. David and I have been coming to Highwire Coffee since they joined the neighborhood and were originally called Local 123. I like coming here for a delicious Capp and a chocolate vegan donut. My favorite is sitting outside next to the plants, over by the colorful tables. I could seriously be here for hours. I love coming here to get computer stuff done, do some people-watching, catch up with readings and all while enjoying good coffee. The Bay has been getting pretty chilly lately, so I decided to rock my new favorite turtleneck from Skunkfunk to keep me warm. I paired the top with these cool pants, to take a break from jeans but also because they are also cuper comfy too! Now off to lunch! So, stay tuned…

This dress from The Mint Julep Boutique so amzing! The colors are so beautiful; the perfect combination between colorful and subtle. So perfect for a smoothe transition to autumn and fall. The fabric of this dress is great for a chilly day. It's a little on the thicker side and so comfy too. Another way I would wear this dress would be with a faux leather jacket and a pair of booties.

Top: I Heart Shimmer
It is technically Fall season, and the Bay Area is going through what we like to call the "Indian Summer". It is where the sunny California summer weather finally arrives a whole summer later, and decides to make an appearance early Fall. Personally, I don't mind it at all. I actually admire the gloomy mornings, sunny days, and cold nights. It is a fun place where summer attire meets fall fashion, and it is your time to play with both of them. :) I like to think about it as, taking small fall transitions step-by-step. I styled this beautiful & refreshing off-the-shoulder top with a fall twist. Paired it with some relaxed bf jeans and navy oxfords. The little scarf was the perfect pop of color, while the neutral fedora toned the entire outfit down.

This Fall, I am all about the deep colors and nuetral tones. This little floral dress from TopShelf Style is perfect! The colors are so soft and romantic. I absolutely love the neck line details, no need for a necklace. Also, the side pockets are amazing! I am such a sucker for dresses with pockets. They totally come in handy when my hands are feeling sorta awkward.
